Campus Dormitories

Located right across the street from ULL Student Union, conference attendees have the option to stay right on campus for a low cost. Want to see how close it is? Check it out on Google Maps street view for yourself! We will either be in Coronna Hall or Bonin Hall as shown in the link. Turn 180 degrees, and you’re facing the Student Union! And YES, it is air conditioned! A MUST for Louisiana!

Cost:  $75 night (member and non-member rate)
Available Nights: Friday, June 27, 2025 - Thursday July 3, 2025

Dormitory space is on a first-come, first-served basis - space is limited!

Specific Dormitory Information:

  • Guests will be sharing suites (2 people per suite - each with private bedroom and private bath)

  • NO families are allowed

  • Linens include bed sheets, blanket, bath towel and hand towel

  • Bed height is 27 inches (can be modified for individuals who request in advance)

  • Parking will be available for those with cars

  • Dormitory reservations must be made by June 9, 2025 to guarantee a reservation

  • Payment is due upon reservation (check or credit card); reservation will not be guaranteed until payment is received

  • No cancellation refunds after June 9, 2025

Conference Hotel 

For those of us that still prefer a hotel, the conference hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Lafayette/Cajundome. You may make reservations either online using the booking link, or by calling 337.291.1977 and referencing the group code NMEA25.

NMEA 2025 will be providing morning and afternoon shuttle service between the hotel and the student union to assist in getting participants to and from the conference.

Make reservations by June 13 to get the NMEA rate!

On-Campus Parking

Parking for NMEA dormitory and commuter participants will be FREE in the following garage:

Olivier Parking Tower - 619 McKinley Street Lafayette, LA 70503

Vehicles must park on the THIRD FLOOR & HIGHER and cannot back into a parking space unless they have a front license plate.

Handicap parking is available in any marked handicap space on campus

We will have more parking information after registration and closer to the conference. 

*When parking anywhere on campus, the license plate has to be visible.
