Concurrent sessions are at the heart of NMEA's annual conference, bringing together educators, researchers, explorers, writers, artists, conservation professionals, and others who share a passion for the world of water.
We invite you to start thinking about how you might contribute to the 2027 conference! Whether you have an innovative teaching strategy, exciting research, a successful program, or a fresh perspective to share, we look forward to hearing your ideas.
More opportunities to present in 2027! This year's conference will feature several poster sessions, providing additional opportunities for presenters to share their work, exchange ideas, and connect with colleagues.
Call for Presenters Opening Soon!
The Call for Presenters will open no later than January 1, 2027.
We're currently finalizing presentation formats, session categories, submission guidelines, and important deadlines. Full details, including instructions for submitting a proposal, will be posted here when the Call for Presenters opens.
In the meantime, we encourage you to start thinking about the experiences, ideas, and resources you'd like to share with fellow marine and aquatic educators.
