Sponsor Benefits

Logo Display
All sponsorship donations include logo display on our website and in the conference program. Please send your logo to nmea@marine-ed.org. High resolution or vector graphic with transparent background preferred.

Exhibit Table
Sponsorships of $1000 and up will receive a complimentary or discounted exhibit table. The exhibit space will be in the Hyatt Regency’s Chesapeake Ballroom—the resort’s largest indoor space and the same venue where keynote sessions and meals will take place. Each exhibit space includes a 6-ft table, 2 chairs, tablecloth, and Wi-Fi. Power access may be available. Sponsors will be contacted to confirm their participation in the exhibit space.

Registrations
Sponsorships of $1000 and up will receive a complimentary or discounted conference registrations. Sponsors will be sent a discount code to use at checkout during registration. Please contact Jackie Lewis with any questions about registration at nmea@marine-ed.org.

Program Ad
Sponsorships of $2500 and up will receive a complimentary advertisement in the conference program. The NMEA Conference Program will be available both in print and as a downloadable PDF. Advertisements should be designed and optimized for high-quality printing, as many conference attendees choose to print the PDF to use as a hard-copy program during the event. Please ensure ads are print-ready, with clear text, high-resolution images, and colors that reproduce well in print.

Advertising copy may be submitted in a variety of formats, including PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, or PNG files. No graphics in Word or Google documents will be accepted. Please ensure that all fonts are embedded or outlined. All photos and logos used in the ad should be at least 300 DPI. Examples of ad sizes and specifications can be found here.

All content must be received by July 1, 2026 to ensure inclusion in the program.

NMEA Memberships
Sponsorships of $1000 and up will receive complimentary single-year individual memberships to NMEA. Sponsors will be sent a discount code to use at checkout to receive a free professional membership.
