The Mandatory Fee (e.g. Resort, Destination) fee of $45.00 (per room per day plus applicable tax) has been waived. This fee provides for an enhanced stay experience for guests that includes self-parking privileges, use of the miniature golf nine hole course to include putters and golf balls, access to 24 hour fitness center, which includes Pelotons with complimentary access to workout classes, access to 3 pools, "Captain's Parlor" game room, golf baggage storage, equipment for basketball and use of the basketball court, use of 9-hole Frisbee golf course, horseshoes, use of the sand volleyball court and equipment, use of tennis courts and equipment for tennis or pickle ball, local and 800 calls, incoming and outgoing faxes, in-room coffee and tea, and in-room safe.
Additionally, a 10% discount is included for individual use of our Golf Simulator at The Cove, River Marsh Golf Course greens fees and Sago Spa retail. (Mandatory Hotel fee rates are exclusive of applicable state taxes (which are currently 6%) Subject to change.
Complimentary Internet
Basic Wi-Fi internet service, up to 12 mbps per device, is available free of charge in our guest rooms, meeting rooms and public areas. Premium bandwidth (good for video streaming, gaming, and higher speed internet service) is available a la carte $9.95 per day per room.
Cut-Off Date
The "Cut-Off Date" is 06/19/2026. Reservation requests for rooms after the Cut-Off Date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.

Complete the request form by 05/19/2026 to request roommate matching (one month before the room reservation cut-off date). We’ll do our best to match you with another attendee based on your travel dates and preferences. Once matched, you will receive contact information for up to 5 potential matches so you can coordinate your hotel booking.
Please note: the conference team only facilitates introductions but does not manage room reservations — we cannot guarantee matches or that rooms will still be available.
Shipping/Packaging
All shipments should be sent no sooner than two weeks prior to the conference, and events should be notified in advance. A charge, currently $5.00 per box, will be assessed to cover the administration of receiving, tracking, and storage of each item. To ensure prompt delivery all materials should be addressed as follows:

Deliveries will not be accepted if the shipper requires assistance from the hotel staff to load or unload materials. The hotel accepts no responsibility for the return of packages or shipments at the conclusion of your function.
