NMEA 2016 Conference - Exhibitors and Vendors

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2016 National Marine Educators Association Conference. The conference will be held at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld from June 27 - July 1, 2016.

Exhibit registration costs are $250 for non-profit organizations and $500 for for-profit organizations. The outlined fees include space for two representatives during exhibit hours. There is a $100 charge per additional representative. NMEA 2016 will provide one 6' X 30" table and two chairs. As an exhibitor, you will need to provide your own tablecloth, signage and extension cords. Refreshments and lunch will be provided each day.

NMEA 2016 has secured special room rates at the Renaissance, starting at $129 per night. Reservations can be made by visiting or by calling 1-800-266-9432, be sure to mention the National Marine Educators Association 2016 Conference.

Please register and make sure to have all the information correct, as this is how your organization name will be presented in the conference program.

    registration/participation in other conference activities.)

Provided: One skirted 6' X 30" table will be provided for each exhibitor. Lunch for two people on Monday through Friday is also included. (The exhibitor registration fee does not include participation in any other conference activities. If you wish to participate in other conference activities you must register as a conference participant separately.)

Not provided: Electricity/power, audio-visual or wired internet access not included. Arrangements for these services must be made directly with the hotel at an additional cost.

Shipping Exhibit Materials

Materials may be shipped directly to the Renaissance hotel, however, materials may not be shipped to the hotel more than three days prior to exhibit set up. No crates or freight over 50 lbs will be accepted.
