Things to know before registering as an exhibitor

Each exhibit level includes space for up to two representatives. You may add an additional representative for $100.

Meal tickets will be available for purchase for $15 per exhibitor per meal, Monday through Wednesday. The exhibitor registration fee does not include participation in any other conference activities. If you wish to participate in other conference activities, you may purchase event tickets.

Arrangement for any audio-visual services or additional power must be made directly with the Marriott at an additional cost. Click here for the Marriott Exhibitor Form with more information. Disregard the section about internet access; a wireless connection will be available to all at no additional charge.

Each registered exhibitor is required to review and sign the NMEA 2017 Exhibit Contract. For any additional questions, please email exhibits@nmea2017.org.

Exhibitor set up: 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Exhibit Hall open: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tuesday, June 27, 2017:

Exhibit Hall open: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Wednesday, June 28, 2017:

Exhibit Hall open: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Exhibitor breakdown: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m
